To support our baggage trade dealers throughout the United States and Canada, LSY companies has instituted a global warranty
policy for all General Electric 220 Volt appliances sold to consumers through the baggage trade channel of retail distribution and sales.

This warranty policy is effective January 1, 2004. It is the intention of LSY Companies, by instituting this warranty
policy, to support the thousands of consumers who purchase their General Electric appliances in the United States andCanada and then ship them, together with their
household goods, to their new homes.
At the same time, LSY Companies, as the Sole Baggage Trade Distributor for General Electric appliances in the United States
and Canada has taken this initiative to stand behind our dealers. We support our dealers 100 percent, and we realize that after sales service is a critically
necessary tool for the long term success of our dealers and the General Electric line in the baggage trade business.
This limited warranty covers parts and labor. It includes all purchases of General Electric 220 Volt products sold by the network
of LSY Companies authorized dealers throughout the United States and Canada.
PARTS WARRANTY is for a period of ONE YEAR beginning with the date the consumer purchases from the dealer. The parts will be delivered free of
charge to the dealer except in cases where the parts have to be brought in from outside the United States. Parts for source products will be provided at no cost
FOB factory. LSY Companies is not responsible for shipping of parts or any other costs related to having the parts delivered to the consumer.
LABOR WARRANTY is for a period of ONE YEAR also beginning with the date the consumer purchases from the dealer. LSY Companies will pay up to
$100 per occurrence to repair any one appliance.
WARRANTY PROCEDURE
To make a Claim for Warranty; it is the responsibility of both the consumer and dealer to supply LSY Companies with some very necessary information:
Dealer's sales receipt; showing date of sale, consumer name and appliance model number.
Full consumer name, address and telephone number in country where appliance is being used.
Full model and serial number of appliance needing service.
Exact number for the parts which are needed, usually supplied by the Service Company making the repair.
Copy of the estimate or actual bill showing the labor costs related to repairing the appliance.
In situations where a service company supplies the parts as well as the labor, LSY Companies will reimburse the consumer for the cost of the parts only up
to the amount the parts cost LSY Companies when purchasing them from General Electric.
Please bear in mind, LSY Companies will not accept a claim for warranty without being supplied with all the information we require in items listed above.
This warranty does not cover physical damages that may occur in the shipping or handling process, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect or
accident. This warranty is limited to residential users only and is totally void if the product is used for commercial purposes. This warranty is not assignable or
transferable. The extent of the company's liability under this warranty is limited to the limits stated above or the retail cost of the item, whichever is
less. In no case shall LSY Companies be liable for any consequential or incidental damages for breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied, whatsoever.
